Purpose

One of the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is to protect fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially their right to the protection of personal data. The personal data processed by PA Software Consulting AB are name, e-mail address, mobile number, and profile picture. This data is stored for logging into the app and for communication between users of the app.

Scope

Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable physical person. It is crucial that the data, individually or in combination with other data, can be linked to a living person.

Typical personal data is social security number, name, and address. Images of and audio recordings of individuals that are processed on a computer can be personal data even if no names are mentioned. E-mail addresses, IP addresses and cookies are also counted as personal data if they can be linked to a physical person.

Legal basis

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is based on consent and agreement of this privacy policy.

Storage

The personal data is stored as long it is needed for the purpose. When the personal data is no longer needed, it is de-identified. Those who will be able to access the stored personal data are only those who can log into the app. No personal data will be transferred to third parties.

Rights

Registered users have the right to submit complaints at any time to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (www.imy.se).

Personuppgiftspolicy

Syfte

Ett av syftena med dataskyddsföreningen (GDPR) är att skydda enskildas grundläggande rättigheter och friheter, särskilt deras rätt till skydd av personuppgifter. De personuppgifter som behandlas av PA Software Consulting AB är namn, e-postadress, mobilnummer och profilbild. Dessa uppgifter lagras för inloggning till appen och för kommunikation mellan användare av appen.

Tillämpningsområde

Med personuppgifter avses varje upplysning som avser en identifierad eller idenfierbar fysisk person. Avgörande är att uppgiften, enskilt eller i kombination med andra uppgifter, kan knytas till en levande person.

Typiska personuppgifter är personnummer, namn och adress. Bilder på och ljudupptagningar av individer som behandlas i dator kan vara personuppgifter även om inga namn nämns. E-postadresser, IP-adresser och cookies räknas också som personuppgifter om de kan kopplas till en fysisk person.

Rättslig grund

Rättslig grund för behandlingen av personuppgifter baseras på samtycke och överenskommelse av denna integritetspolicy.

Lagring

Personuppgifterna lagras så länge som de behövs för ändamålet. När personuppgifterna inte längre behövs avidentifieras de. De som kommer att kunna ta del av de lagrade personuppgifterna är endast de som kan logga in i appen. Inga personuppgifter kommer att överföras till tredje part.

Registrerad användare har rätt att när som helst lämna in klagomål till IMY (Integritetsskyddsmyndingheten) www.imy.se
